Astro did a phenomenal job. He came to save us at 930pm at night while we were locked out of the house with three little kids. He was extremely informative, supportive and professional. We highly recommend his service to anyone who is stuck or just needs a lock professional.

Astro is awesome! My key broke off in my door tonight and they were at my place within 10 minutes. I didnt happen to get the name of the guy who helped me out, but he was both friendly & very helpful. I would definitely call these guys again the next time my key breaks off, but hopefully I don’t have to 🙂

He took it (Crash bar) apart and did his thing (and he let me watch so I could learn, which was very kind of him), and when he put it back together it worked like a charm. A few weeks later, it is still working like a charm. It’s never worked this well, even when it was new 12 years ago. Needless to say, I’m very pleased. He saved us from having to purchase a whole new crash bar system.

He asked me to text him a photo of the lock. He was prompt, efficient and professional. He repaired
the existing lock so it cost less than I expected.

One of the things I appreciated about Lior was how clearly he communicated with me about the job. He gave me good advice over the phone about selecting locks. He was just generally easy to talk to, which made the whole process smooth. He arrived on time, completed the work cheerfully, and did a few extra things that needed to be done. He was also thoughtful and fair about price.

Lior arrived when he said he would. He was friendly and personable while he worked. He got the
job done quickly, and very conscientiously cleaned up all of the wood shavings caused by the deadbolt installation.

Considered all options, including replacement with a new lock and swap with another lock in the
house. Ended up getting the original lock to work again after disassembly, parts replacement, and reassembly.
