I called about fixing a digital front door lock at our workspace in back bay; Lior came a half-hour earlier than he said he would! Our lock was not one of the big brands but he troubleshot and fixed the problem in a short time. He was very personable and gave me some tips on future use of the lock. The price was fair also. Overall, a very positive experience!
